Each flag is custom designed 18"x36" and printed double-sided, ensuring visibility from all directions while creating a meaningful and lasting tribute.

Choose between a US Service Honor Flag or a 4-H Service Honor Flag, recognizing individuals who have served in military or community service roles and/or 4-H Affiliation. (Including  Military, Police, Fire, EMS & more).

• Submit your photo and details via email
• Put your order number on the subject line
•  Receive a design proof for approval 
• Once approved, your flag will be produced and installed (for one year)
